• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
• Support HR team with onboarding new employees and coordinating orientation sessions
• Help in organizing training sessions and employee development programs
• Conduct research and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience Level:0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Qualities and Traits:Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
