Job Description:
We are looking for a Human Resources OJT / Intern to assist the HR Department in daily administrative and recruitment tasks while gaining hands-on experience in human resources operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Help in posting job vacancies and screening applicants
- Support HR documentation and filing of employee records
- Assist in scheduling interviews and orientation
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in BS Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
- Required by school for On-the-Job Training (OJT) / Internship
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Can start immediately (preferred)
