Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Resources OJT / Intern to assist the HR Department in daily administrative and recruitment tasks while gaining hands-on experience in human resources operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Help in posting job vacancies and screening applicants
• Support HR documentation and filing of employee records
• Assist in scheduling interviews and orientation
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in BS Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
• Required by school for On-the-Job Training (OJT) / Internship
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• Can start immediately (preferred)
