JD Foods is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic OJT Student Interns to join our Human Resources Department. This internship provides students with valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee records management, and administrative functions while working in a professional food manufacturing company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including applicant screening and interview coordination.
  • Help maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as assigned.
  • Coordinate with applicants and employees regarding HR concerns.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the HR Supervisor.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in BS Psychology, BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related courses.
  • Endorsed by the school for internship/OJT.
  • With MOA (if required by the school).
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be assigned onsite in Plaridel, Bulacan.
