Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Overseeing performance management and employee development
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping
Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 35 years old below
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong.
