Lead the recruitment processes for AFREIGHT PHILIPPINES INC., a leader in the Transportation & Logistics industry.
Amplify talent acquisition strategies to target skilled professionals for various departments.
Execute efficient screening and interviewing procedures to ensure high-quality hires.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions for recruitment pipelines.
Utilize social media, job boards, and industry events to source potential candidates effectively.
Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role with 1-3 years of experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, expertise in recruiting and employee relations, excellent communication skills, adept in social recruitment strategies, and a strong background in training and development.
Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, develop and update job descriptions, screen candidates resumes, conduct interviews, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel for recruitment fairs and training. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
