HR Application Consultant

• We are looking for an HR Application Consultant with experience implementing UKG Ready HR modules including Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules including Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Compensation in alignment with client requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless HR module integration and functionality
• Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing and deploying HR modules effectively
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment with project goals
• Customize and configure HR modules to meet specific client needs
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices in HR module implementation and integration
• Engage and manage stakeholders in North America throughout the implementation process
• Support SaaS deployment models and HR-IT implementation frameworks
• Must be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work here

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years experience in HR module implementation
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms
