- Strategic Alignment – Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, improve performance, and enhance employee engagement.
- Business Acumen – Understand the business operations, challenges, and goals of the specific units supported.
- Employee Relations – Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on performance management, and address conflicts.
- Change Management – Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new structures, processes, or technologies.

- HR Policy and Compliance – Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Communication and Collaboration – Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other HR professionals to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
- Project Management – Manage HR projects such as performance management cycles, onboarding programs, and talent development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
