Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Participate in performance evaluation processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, recruiting, employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, assist with payroll, support employee relations, and engage in human resource planning.
- Working Conditions: Office environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.
