Description

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and training sessions.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure proper filing of new hire documents.


Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration.


Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance and overtime data.
  • Assist in processing employee benefits such as health insurance, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.


HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover and performance evaluations.


Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Help organize company events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the resolution of employee concerns by coordinating with the HR Manager.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process employee clearances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in an HR-related role (FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
