Description
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Assist in producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities
- Keep up to date with the latest HR Trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management , or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
- Highly organized and time management skills; Attention to details
- Willing to be assigned to Quezon City
