Description

  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team.
  • Design and implement strategic HR plans that align with business goals in the fast-paced consumer products industry.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance and handle workplace investigations efficiently.
  • Maintain employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Administer benefits and payroll, and manage HR metrics.
  • Coordinate with senior management to develop policies that enhance our inclusive culture.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in human resource management, with a proven track record in employee relations and recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, excellent verbal and written communication, strong people management, and performance management skills, with an emphasis on leadership development.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours, but may require additional hours during peak recruitment seasons or for employee relations matters.
  • Qualities and Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, ethical mindset, leadership ability, and resilience to manage various HR challenges in a dynamic environment.
