Job Description
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in employee relations and address inquiries.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HR software, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and strong problem-solving abilities.
