Description
- Maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions across all Comvest Investment Inc. properties within Hospitality & Tourism industry.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and waste removal.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure guest areas are presentable at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Work efficiently without compromising on quality.
Requirements
- Job Title: Cleaner
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of relevant cleaning experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, proficiency in general cleaning tasks, and specialized skills in carpet cleaning.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform various cleaning activities, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies.
- Working Conditions: Able to work in a variety of environments, including offices, homes, and commercial spaces; must be capable of physical tasks and occasional lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
