Job Summary:

The Parking Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the parking facility. This role ensures that all parking areas, including driveways, stairways, elevators, booths, and common areas, are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times to provide a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and clean parking floors, ramps, and driveways
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris
• Clean stairwells, elevators, corridors, and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness of parking booths, offices, and restrooms (if applicable)
• Remove oil stains, dirt, and other hazards from parking surfaces
• Report maintenance issues such as broken lights, leaks, or damaged fixtures
• Ensure safety signs, barriers, and markings are visible and unobstructed
• Assist in maintaining proper sanitation during peak hours and special events
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Parking Supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least High School level or equivalent
• With or without prior housekeeping experience
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
