- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and disinfection techniques.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor, working in various environments, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
