Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our Airbnb units. The ideal candidate ensures each property is guest-ready, sanitized, and meets high hospitality standards to provide an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the property including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels between guest stays
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissue, soap, coffee, and snacks
• Inspect property for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and report immediately
• Ensure appliances, lights, and air conditioning are functioning properly
• Follow check-in/check-out schedules and prepare units on time
• Dispose of trash properly and maintain waste segregation (if applicable)
• Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically (e.g., windows, upholstery, appliances)
• Assist in inventory tracking of cleaning supplies and linens
• Coordinate with property manager for urgent turnovers or guest requests

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or similar role (hospitality experience preferred)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper sanitation standards
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight turnaround times
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
• Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful of guest privacy
• Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays if needed)
