1. 熟悉数字交易平台及其衍生品市场，包括现货杠杆交易、抵押借贷、期货合约、永续合约及期权合约等，了解市场上几大平台类似产品的异同，明白相关规则及其背后机制；

2. 对各大交易平台 API 有一定了解，有做市机器人或量化交易的研发经验，明白基本的数据获取，订单及仓位管理等实现方式；

3. 有数字市场流动性管理经验，能独立完成做市相关工作，包括市值管理，对冲做市等为市场提供流动性的交易；

4. 有传统市场金融产品特别是金融衍生品相关量化交易或研究经验者佳，最好对于传统市场和加密货币市场之间异同有深刻认识

5. 精通Java、Python其中一种开发语言

6. 有数字交易市场的交易经验，从事过做市相关工作

7. 本科及以上 计算机/金融/数学物理/网络安全等相关专业
