- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in hotel operations or management.

- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
