  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, handle reservations.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require long hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
