- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in hotel management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, handle reservations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require long hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
