Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and supervise staff performance
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor and improve occupancy rates and revenue performance
• Control operational costs and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, front office, maintenance)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven track record in improving profitability and occupancy
• Knowledge of OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
