Job Description
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Monitor financial performance and control budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, exceptional customer service, strong customer relationship management, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee hotel operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, handle customer complaints, and maintain quality service standards.
- Working Conditions: Requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
