We are seeking an experienced Front Office Associate to join our 4 star hotel in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring memorable experiences. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our front office and directly impacts guest satisfaction and loyalty. ASIDE FROM DAILY RATE, IT COMES WITH 5,000 PESOS MONTHLY ALLOWANCE.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:

1. Previous experience in front office, guest services or hospitality is highly desirable
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, with strong interpersonal abilities
3. Outstanding customer service orientation with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
