- Pro-Hygienics Human Resource and Services Corporation seeks a friendly and organized Hotel Front Desk Agent. In this role, you will:
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries
- Ensure a smooth and informative guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Maintain front desk operations and resolve issues
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or current student seeking practical experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for customer interactions.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in customer relationship management.
