- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
- Educational Qualifications: Must be currently Enrolled in any TESDA or CHED Hospitality Management Program.
