Job Description
- Assess students' needs and develop tailored lesson plans.
- Organize, assign, and grade homework and tests to track progress.
- Provide support in various subjects, ensuring students understand concepts.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and areas for improvement.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in the subject area being taught.
- Patience and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A degree in education or the subject area is often preferred.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience can be beneficial.
