Description
- Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading goods.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Help in checking the delivery vehicle for damages and ensuring proper maintenance.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized workspace in the delivery area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
