Job Description
Description
- Operate machinery and equipment for production processes.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Document production data and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant hands-on experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and ability to operate production machinery.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the production process, monitor equipment, and perform quality checks.
- Working Conditions: Industrial environment; may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, proactive, and safety-conscious.
