  • Assist with setting up and maintaining rental spaces (e.g., cleaning, arranging furniture).
  • Help customers with inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure spaces are ready for new tenants.
  • Assist with inventory management and tracking rental equipment.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (e.g., filing, updating records).
  • Ensure the rental spaces are kept clean, safe, and organized.
  • Support with repairs or maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of space setup and maintenance.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform manual labor and handle light repairs.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or maintenance (preferred).
