Job Description
- Safely operate heavy equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and assist with site preparation.
- Operate various heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with team members for efficient project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and project manager
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Preferably with NCII certification
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating various heavy equipment; strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate and maintain equipment; complete site inspections; adhere to safety regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail; strong communication skills; ability to work in a team.
