Job Description
- Support patients with daily activities, including personal care and hygiene.
- Assist nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient behaviors.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the healthcare environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow health and safety protocols consistently.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare or a related discipline.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in claims processing, medical terminology, OP coding, and infection control practices.
- Must have a valid license from a U.S. state or territory.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in patient care, manage medical records, process claims, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Working Conditions: May involve shifts in hospitals, clinics, or patient homes, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, empathy, and attention to detail.
