Job Description
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Support nursing staff in providing quality care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma in Healthcare, NCll Passer or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, empathy, and basic medical knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in hospitals or care facilities, may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
