- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, empathy, and basic medical knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
