Description

  • Patient Assistance: Aid patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Personal Care: Provide personal hygiene and grooming support to patients, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
  • Patient Observations: Observe and report any changes in patient condition, behavior, or symptoms to nurses or other healthcare professionals promptly.
