Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), Security, Facility, and Fleet Management programs in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Leads SHE initiatives, risk assessments, emergency response planning, business continuity management, incident investigations, compliance audits, and employee safety training programs.
• Manages facility operations, maintenance, office renovations, waste management, permits, and vendor/service provider compliance to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Oversees security management, including physical security, access control, incident response, security risk assessments, investigations, and coordination with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Monitors SHE KPIs, legal compliance, environmental impact, occupational health and safety performance, and implements corrective and preventive action plans.
• Serves as the primary liaison with government agencies, emergency response teams, and professional organizations on SHE, security, and facility-related matters.
• Responsible for fleet management, including vehicle acquisition, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal to support business operations effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering or SHE or related security studies or professional certifications (preferred)
• 6+ years’ experience on managing SHE and programs, handling audit experience is required -Experience in working with local regulatory authorities in Safety & Security matters (preferred)
• Good project management skills
• Possess a strong passion to work in tasks related to Safety & Security issues
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
