• Provide basic health consultations to clients by recommending appropriate diet plans and exercise routines based on their health condition and goals.
• Guide and assist clients in performing safe and effective workouts to improve their overall health and wellness.
• Monitor clients’ progress and physical condition, and adjust recommended fitness or wellness plans when necessary.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, including proper nutrition, exercise, and general wellness practices.
