Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients regarding delivery allocations and job orders.
• Organize and dispatch daily trucking trips and prepare corresponding schedules.
• Maintain and update delivery records, including VIN lists and waybills, ensuring timely submission to clients.
• Track and report trip progress and truck whereabouts from port to delivery sites.
• Prepare and verify pre-departure documents such as Tara Sheets, checklists, and waybills.
• Encode and manage incentive records for drivers and jockeys.
• Support inspection activities and act as backup for operational or dispatch-related tasks.
• Manage the site clinic, ensuring availability of medical supplies and proper health record maintenance.
• Provide first aid treatment to staff and drivers as needed and monitor compliance with health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any college course: Customs Administration, Business Administration, Accounting or any related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, trucking operations.
• Background on healthcare/occupational health management/first-aider, an advantage

Skills / Competencies:

• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (VIN list preparation, scheduling, and reporting)
• Strong coordination and communication skills (with clients, drivers, and internal staff)
• Knowledge of basic first aid and clinic management
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Other Qualifications:

• Familiarity with transport/logistics operations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
• Willing to be assigned at field (port of Batangas) as needed
