Essential Functions:

• Coordinate the implementation of the company Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QHSE) Management System and its policies, programs, and plans as they apply to the project.
• Ensure site compliance with relevant HSE legislation, Philippine OHS standards, OSP quality standards, and client HSE requirements.
• Conduct daily site QHSE audits and inspections of active and completed project sites as needed.
• Collaborate with YOFC Project Management Team and partner contractors on-site to maintain and sustain compliance with management system program requirements.
• Conduct on-site safety training/orientation for partner contractor personnel as requested or necessary.
• Prepare site QHSE audit/inspection reports and consolidate statistical reports.
• Prepare reports as required by DOLE-BWC.
• Implement safety initiatives to continually improve, achieve, and maintain stated safety performance and objectives.
• Conduct internal training for YOFC employees to raise awareness of safety.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspection of OSP materials and prepare required reports.
• Coordinate with project management team for pre-testing of delivered FOC.
• Monitor pre-testing of delivered FOC and prepare required reports.
• Perform related jobs assigned by immediate head.

Work Set Up: Full On-site

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
