- Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open to Senior High School graduates, undergraduates, and Bachelor’s degree holders
- With experience in Healthcare and/or Technical Support
- Willing to work in an onsite setup.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats in Spanish and English.
- Assist patients, healthcare providers, or clients with healthcare-related concerns using Spanish or English communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, treatments, and accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
