• Establish and lead a state-of-the-art finance department, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and high performance.

• Implement advanced financial tools and streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency. 
• Develop, manage, and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. 
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining integrity and accuracy.

• Supervise procurement and import documentation processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. 
• Extensive experience in a financial leadership role with responsibilities comparable to those of a CFO. 
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of influencing and guiding cross-functional teams. 
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and initiative, with expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management. 
• Experience with procurement and import documentation processes. 
• Extensive experience with our ERP system, NetSuite, is advantageous. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
