Description

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Responsible for expanding contract agency and KOL resources, negotiating contract business, and maintaining and strengthening close relationships with partners.

Platform Promotion: Oversee the planning and promotion of platform marketing brand activities to enhance the platform's visibility and influence.

Client Maintenance: Assist in resolving issues and suggestions raised by agents, actively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Insight and Feedback: Gain in-depth knowledge of competitors and industry trends, providing market insights and feedback to support product development and optimization.


Requirement

Over 2 years of experience in business development (BD) for contract exchanges (CEX/DEX), with a wealth of channel resources, KOL resources, and contract agency resources.

Possesses specialized knowledge of contract trading and related processes of exchanges, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrates good project sourcing abilities and client maintenance skills, capable of establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
