- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and other salon offerings.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate styles and services.
- Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring all tools and workstations are clean and sterilized.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain a loyal client base by providing outstanding service and building strong relationships.
- Mentor and assist junior stylists and trainees by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and ensure minimal client wait times.
- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Upsell hair care products and treatments to clients when appropriate.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
- Proven experience as a hairstylist, with at least 3–5 years in a salon environment.
- Certification in cosmetology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hair types, scalp conditions, and various treatment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
