Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
• Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, bleaching, and treatments
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair care products, and treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work area
• Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products
• Build good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Follow salon policies, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser or similar role
• Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification or training in Hairdressing is an advantage
