Job Description
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and coloring services.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Stay updated on hair trends and techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Recommend hair care products to clients.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in hairdressing preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cutting, coloring, and styling hair; strong customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced salon environment, standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Creativity, attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork skills.
