Description
- Cutting and styling: Cut, style, and shampoo hair based on the client's preferences. Hair technicians may also use scissors, combs, brushes, dryers, curlers, and other tools to shape hair.
- Coloring: Apply dyes, bleach, or other chemicals to color or alter the hair's structure.
- Treatments: Provide scalp and hair treatments.
- Customer service: Listen to clients, make them feel comfortable, and address their concerns.
- Education: Educate clients on proper hair and scalp care, and recommend home hair care products.
- Inventory: Maintain an inventory of hair care products.
- Cleanliness: Keep the salon and their station clean and sanitary.
- Appointments: Keep appointments on schedule.
- Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with regular clients.
- Trends: Stay on top of current fashion trends and popular hairstyles.
Requirement
- Not more than 40 years old
- High School graduate
- With 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
