Stay updated on the latest hair care techniques, trends, and products.
Mentor and train junior hairstylists, offering guidance and support as needed.
Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all salon policies and procedures.
Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in proper working condition.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum education requirements; a relevant degree is not mandatory.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in hairdressing.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in hair coloring, haircutting, and client consultations with effective communication abilities.
