Job Description
- Provide hairdressing services, including shampooing, blow-drying, haircuts, coloring, treatments and styling preparation.
- Offer scalp massages and treatments for relaxation and hair health.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty and wellness needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Recommend appropriate services and products for client care.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with additional tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hair styling or customer service is a plus.
- 1-2 years in a similar role (salon, spa, or customer service)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of salon and spa treatments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
