Description
- Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and styling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet hygiene standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest styles.
- Stay updated with the latest barbering trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage return visits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in barbering
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in barbering techniques, hair styling, and hair coloring
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills to enhance the client experience
- Skills and Competencies: Sales skills to promote services and products effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
