Reports To: Shop Manager / Business Owner

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Barber to deliver high-quality grooming services while maintaining excellent hygiene, customer experience, and brand standards. The Barber is responsible for providing haircuts, grooming services, and consultations tailored to each client’s needs, while upholding the shop’s operational and service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Grooming

• Perform professional men’s haircuts, fades, trims, and styling based on client preference
• Provide beard trimming, shaving, and basic grooming services (if applicable)
• Conduct client consultations to understand style preferences and offer professional recommendations
• Ensure consistent quality, precision, and attention to detail in every service

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, and workstations
• Properly clean and disinfect clippers, scissors, razors, and chairs after each client
• Follow shop health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
• Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled shifts

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Treat all clients with respect, courtesy, and confidentiality
• Avoid unprofessional behavior, inappropriate language, or misconduct inside the premises

Shop & Brand Standards

• Comply with shop policies, service pricing, and operational guidelines
• Properly handle tools, equipment, and company-provided resources
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment
