Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Hairstylist who can deliver high-quality hair services, mentor junior stylists, build strong client relationships, and help drive salon sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced haircutting, coloring, rebonding, perming, treatments, and styling services.

• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.

• Ensure all services meet salon quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Handle client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Recommend and upsell hair care products and treatments.

• Help achieve monthly sales targets.

• Guide and mentor junior hairstylists and assistants.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of salon tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a hairstylist.

• Strong knowledge of hair treatments and coloring techniques.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Leadership ability.

• Goal-oriented and sales-driven.
